Light Pollution

By removing oil barrels from their usual context, we strip away their dark and polluting image, transforming them into radiant light sculptures. Once vessels of fossil fuels, a standardized unit of consumption that powered the world. They now emit light, radiating warmth and positivity.

What was once a symbol of environmental impact now evokes a sense of wonder and optimism. But does this shift symbolize renewal, or does it contribute to another form of pollution? Light Pollution challenges our perception of energy, waste, and artificial illumination, inviting us to reflect on the fine line between progress and excess.

Tank (ice)

An oil barrel as an atmospheric light, a cocktail table, or an ice bucket. Perfect for keeping your beverages cold during those warm summer garden parties. Turning a symbol of consumption into a centerpiece of celebration.
