WOLF Food Market in Antwerp

hautecuisine1

In the historic Felix warehouse in Antwerp, the WOLF Sharing Food Market has opened its doors, blending culinary diversity with bold, sustainable design. This vibrant food market features a striking interior designed by Lionel Jadot, a versatile Belgian designer renowned for his daring creativity and passion for recycling.

For this unique project, Jadot collaborated with us to design and craft 57 meters of food kiosk counters made entirely from reclaimed fiberglass sourced from old boats that were destined for landfill.

This innovative approach not only prevents waste but also breathes new life into forgotten materials. The use of repurposed fiberglass not only aligns with WOLF’s vision of sustainability but also gives the food market a distinct and meaningful character. The textured surfaces and subtle imperfections of the counters hint at their maritime history, creating a story that blends craftsmanship, environmental responsibility, and functional design.
